By booking your Appointment at SKILLS, you agree to follow and acknowledge our Shop Policy.
Here at SKILLS, we promise our clients their Privacy. To uphold this only client with reserved appointments will be allowed to enter our shop in order for us to guarantee our Guests’ Privacy and Exclusivity.
Accompanying guests are not permitted to wait inside the shop.
Our Minimum Age Requirement is 17-Year-Old for our Professional/ Senior Stylist and 25-Year-Old for our Master Stylist.
Our Place was designed to cater to the Older Teens and Gentlemen as our facility was customized to provide an adult environment with the suitable service, vibe, and comfort.
We strive to keep a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all clients. In consideration of that, we would like to ask kindly for your compliance by keeping your voice to a minimum all the time whenever you are inside the shop. We appreciate it and so will your fellow clients.
We want to ensure that you receive the best possible results for any type of Grooming Service that you will require. Therefore, we require a consultation fee of 105 AED for all types of Treatments and Coloring Services.
During the consultation, our expert stylists will discuss your desired outcome, assess the condition of your hair/skin, and recommend the best course of action. This fee will be credited towards your service whenever you decide to proceed with the appointment. (Consultation Fees are non-refundable.)
We provide a detailed consultation process that will allow us to deliver the chemical service with the best possible outcome in consideration of your current condition.
The client shall take full responsibility and we are not able to guarantee how your hair, skin, or scalp will react to the product but we will handle the service in the most professional way that we can.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our atmosphere as well as abusive or threatening language towards our staff or other customers will not be tolerated. Any client found violating this policy may be asked to leave the shop premises and may be refused service in the future.
We take many forms of payment online through: American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card.
All prices are based on starting prices only. Although we make every effort to keep our website and Services Menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.
All SKILLS Team Members are fully trained and equipped with the maximum level of knowledge and understanding to assist you, and we have a Shop Manager that focuses on Quality Control and Customer Care specifically.
Please note at the finishing of your Service your stylist will always ask for your feedback to ensure that he delivered the service to your maximum expectations.
Also before processing the payment our Team will ask you again for your overall feedback and confirm with you if everything went well with your service. We do not issue refunds on services.
We always strive to aim for perfection and exceed all expectations. In case you have any concerns or problems during your service our Shop Manager will be there to assist you and ensure that you will be receiving the maximum levels of satisfaction with what we can do. Since here at SKILLS we can only guarantee the solution to all your concerns on the spot but not after you leave the shop.
