SKILLS Profile – Episode 3 “The Dream”

In this episode, our CEO @barber.mo talks about how he pursued his dreams despite the limited support of the people around him when he started working for someone else. In his point of view, you are the only one responsible for your dream so don’t expect anyone to do it for you.

He stressed that the most important thing that you need to have is “Experience” and at the same time to have your own “Vision” or purpose. And even when you have both you still need to convince someone to support you on that Dream which is never easy, and always neglected.

Barber Mo stressed that the most important thing that you need to have is “Experience” and a “Vision” or purpose.

Most people decide to do things based on what is good for them not what is good for you or to anyone, You cannot ask or tell people to do something just because it is wrong on your point-of-view and it is with that thought that he didn’t want to work anymore for someone else and that he wanted to do something which is bigger and greater.

Since he saw that the future that he envisioned is not with someone else but only by himself then he started to plan and made move by doing a list of everything that what the client needs and what he wanted to avoid as well as all the bad experiences that he faced and if ever he will open his very own shop in the future he will be ready.
