By booking and receiving any treatment or service at our establishment, clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their participation. All treatments and services are provided following professional standards, and while we ensure the highest level of care and safety, individual reactions may vary.

By proceeding with a service or treatment, clients release the establishment, its staff, and affiliates from liability related to personal reactions or results that may occur, understanding that outcomes may differ based on individual circumstances.

Service and Satisfaction Policy

All SKILLS Team Members are fully trained and equipped with the maximum level of knowledge and understanding to assist you, and we have a Shop Manager that focuses on Quality Control and Customer Care specifically.

Please note at the finishing of your Service your stylist will always ask for your feedback to ensure that he delivered the service to your maximum expectations.

Also before processing the payment our Team will ask you again for your overall feedback and confirm with you if everything went well with your service. We do not issue refunds on services.

We always strive to aim for perfection and exceed all expectations. In case you have any concerns or problems during your service our Shop Manager will be there to assist you and ensure that you will be receiving the maximum levels of satisfaction with what we can do. Since here at SKILLS we can only guarantee the solution to all your concerns on the spot but not after you leave the shop.
